Turnils, a leading distributor of components for custom window coverings has signed-up for extra space at Westway Park in Renfrew.
The US-owned operation, formerly branded as Eclipse Blinds, has been based at Westway for more than two years and originally occupied a single unit of approximately 5,000 sq ft on a three-month licence. Turnils has gradually expanded over the past two years taking a further two 5,000 sq ft units and due to Westway’s flexible approach to assist tenant growth, we have been able to accommodate their requirements for expansion on the park as and when it was required.
This new deal on unit L3 allows Turnils to operate from a larger single warehouse, taking the company’s total floorspace to 18,848 sq ft.
Hugh Canham of Moorfield Group said: “Turnils has been a tenant for more than two years and we were keen to support their expansion plans. The space at Westway offers good storage space for Turnils, in a secure location, as well as being located close to Glasgow Airport.”
Craig Semple, of joint agent GVA added: “Turnils continues to be attracted by the quality of space at Westway, as well as the flexible terms being offered. The park offers high quality accommodation within a 24-hour secure environment and continues to be one of the most prominent industrial property assets in the West of Scotland.”
Westway Park joint agents are JLL and GVA. Turnils was self-represented.
